The following is a list species found at only one zoo in the US (there are probably more than what's on this list, and possibly some that are wrong on this list, too):

White-Winged Vampire Bat Diaemus youngi - Rosamond Gifford Zoo
Red-Shanked Douc Langur Pygathrix nemaeus - Philadelphia Zoo

Pacific White-Sided Dolphin Lagenorhynchus obliquidens - Shedd Aquarium

The douc langur at Philadelphia died last year. Pretty sure the white-winged vampire bat has been dead for at least a couple years, maybe more.

I don't know who else besides Shedd has that dolphin species, but I'd be kind of surprised to find that they are the only holder. Maybe one of the Sea World parks has them?

Pemba flying fox at Phoenix Zoo?

Sanford's lemur at Lemur Conservation Center

Coppery titi at Monkey Jungle

Yucatan spider monkey at Brookfield Zoo

Pemba flying fox is now deceased.

Is that Sanford's lemur still alive?

Coppery titi might be the species that Smithsonian holds as well, although I remember confusion as to whether it was coppery or red-bellied and don't remember what the consensus was.

Yucatan spider monkey is considered by many taxonomists to be the same as Mexican spider monkey.

Also re: a previous post: Bright's Zoo is definitely not the only holder of Cape vulture in the country.

Cave myotis at Oklahoma City Zoo?

Pemba flying fox at Phoenix Zoo?

Wow can't believe there's a Pale fox that close to me!! I just called and confirmed they do in fact have one! There is also a youtube video featuring the animal.

The myotis at Oklahoma City Zoo I believe is a misdirect based on confusing signage at the
Seba's short-tailed bat exhibit.

Can confirm @Coelacanth18 according to Zims and by FB messaging Phoenix Zoo the last Pemba flying fox has passed away.

Can anyone confirm any Side-striped jackals in the US?

Any Wied's marmosets left?
Northern tamandua at Lupa Zoo
Brown-throated three-toed sloth at Dallas Aquarium
Abert's squirrel at Navajo Nation Zoo
Mount Graham red squirrel at Phoenix Zoo?
