List of rarest species in US?

I know of many rare mammals at the roadside zoos and nature centers in my area, but not any you don't have photos of.

In the Wisconsin area? What are some of the species you are thinking of? Any bats, moles, shrews, voles or other small rodents?

What species of bat, ground squirrel and native mice...and more importantly...where!?
Little Brown and Big Brown are around at pretty much every nature center or wildlife sanctuary. They might have an Eastern Red Bat at Ledgeview Nature Center but I'm not sure.

Franklin's Ground Squirrel is the only species still present in the area, at Shalom Wildlife Zoo, but other species pop up frequently.

As for mice, similar situation to the ground squirrels. Only White-footed is present right now, at Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary. Other species pop up from time to time.

Got another request for you guys! I'll be in the New Orleans/Mississippi area for the next 2 days looking for at least Swamp Rabbits and hopefully another fun surprise species I should be able to unveil after tomorrow.

Any other rare mammal species/subspecies you guys know of in that area? @drill @ThylacineAlive @birdsandbats @Kakapo
Audubon has Talapoin monkey, Brazilian ocelot, Nancy Ma's night monkey, St Vincent agouti. Hattiesburg, MS zoo has Blue duiker. Don't know about Jackson. Indian muntjac at Baton Rouge and other ungulates also at that zoo

I believe the night-monkeys are currently off-exhibit for an exhibit renovation.

10 or fewer still is a pretty big category. A few that come to mind offhand:

Giant Panda (San Diego, Atlanta, National, Calgary)
Tasmanian Devil
Hawaiian Monk Seal (Minnesota, Wakiki Aquarium, I think another one or two in Hawaii)
Giant Otter
Knobbed Hornbill
Red-footed Booby (Monterey Bay Aquarium, a couple in Hawaii)
Columbus now has Tasmanian devils
