Live feeding prey

I currantly completing a animal science degree and for my research project I am looking in to peoples opinions on the ethics of live feeding prey.
I have written a questionnaire on feeding live prey, and I would be very grateful if people who had a spare few minutes would complete it by following one of the links below.

Most insectivorous birds will only feed live food to their young, so these species annot be bred without feeding live invertebrates.
It is illegal to feed live vertebrates to anything in the UK
