Tunnel between cafe and shop was open today but smells of paint (will be putting review on here on wednesday or thursday in new thread) had a great day today I.C Pigeons are now outside Blackburn House in the avairy on the right just before you go in.
 
What species are people meaning by 'Imperial Crowned Pigeon'? I've a feeling two species have been conflated somewhere along the lines.

As far as I'm aware there are Crowned Pigeons (Goura sp.) at the Blackburn but the really rare pigeon is the Zoe's Imperial Pigeon (Ducula zoeae), which is in one of the North Bank aviaries.
 
Aha! Well spotted. Sorry. That would explain why I thought they were in the Blackburn but Shirokuma knew they were on the north bank. A little knowledge....
