A few years ago most zoos used to have at least one species if not two - I'm just wondering what macaques species are left in UK zoos these days and where. As far as I know.

London Zoo Sulawesi Crested
Monkey World Stump tailed
Shepreth Crab Eating
Woburn Barbary
Monkey Haven (IOW) Barbary & Rhesus

Off the top of my head Sulawesi macaques are held at Chester, Paignton, Newquay, Marwell and Drusillas as well as others.
Barbary are held at Wingham, Blair Drummond, Trentham and some others that I can't recall.
Lion-tailed are held at Chester, Bristol and one of the Aspinall parks.

This isn't a complete list and omits previously mentioned collections. Zootierliste will be much more useful but I'm busy so you'll have to check some others yourself! :)

Gentleshaws has Stumped Tailed as well

Thrigby now keeps Crab Eating Macaques (ZTL also says that Curraghs on the Isle of Man also have them as well as the Wales Ape and Monkey Sanctuary)

Lion-tails are also at Belfast of course.
