Besides Aquamarine Fukushima, no aquarium has kept Psychrolutes marcidus/phrictus (I don't know which species Aquamarine's specimen is). Smaller blobfish species like Ebinania brephocephala have been kept at a few places in Japan, I saw one at Osaka Aquarium, and I believe Numazu Deepsea Aquarium may have/have had them too.Does anyone know of Blobfish on display anywhere? Aquamarine’s website says that they aren’t on display.

Oh interesting! The Southern Encounter Aquarium seems to have had some really interesting species, such a pity it's now closed!I took this photo over a decade ago now, but dark toadfish (Neophrynichthys latus) - ZooChat

Oh interesting! I don't believe many aquariums have ever displayed Phyllosoma, so it's very cool that MBA has them on display!Courtsey of Matt Wandell
Something pretty cool that just got brought up: These Phyllosoma (Lobster Larvae, mainly Slipper Lobster Larvae iirc) are on display with the Mauve Stingers. Not sure if they get that color from the Mauve Stingers but that's something super interesting and something to look out for next time

Oh very nice! There are now two individual elephant fish in the whalefall tank.![]()
Neither of these are correct. Toledo displays sea spiders and Shedd displays feather stars.-First to display that species of sea spider in the US
-Still the only aquarium I believe to display Feather Stars
