The Lowry Park Zoo and Sea World Orlando are the two main manatee rehabilitation centers in the state of Florida. Both facilities see many manatees come and go within their hospital throughout the year. Including this young calf that was relocated to Lowry Park Zoo.

There are probably more, but I recall other attractive manatee exhibits in Florida, including the Mote Marine Aquarium and especially at Disney's Living Seas in their EPCOT Center park.
 
Yes there are several facilities in Florida that house manatees...when it comes to the intensive rehabilitation, Lowry Park and Sea World take in those patients.
