Media about the 'behind the scenes' of ZOOs

I am searching for media (books, videos, TV series, articles... anything) that focus on the founding and day-to-day running of modern ZOOs and similar institutions, be it private or public. Most of the literature I was able to find has been written between 1950-1990, and I expect much has changed since then, eg. procuring animals. Please, recommend any you think are good - though that does not necessarily mean highly professional, seeing as I ordered this yesterday :cool: - and available online/in Europe. Thank you in advance!
 
There are lots of 'Zoo story' or Zoo-Doku-Soap TV series from zoos in Europe. German ones are usually called 'animal, animal & Co.' like 'Gorilla, Panda & Co.'

I have not heard of the book, thank you! It's pretty damn expensive, but I am putting it on my list
