They aren't, but the three exhibits between them (penguins, pelican pool, and Round Barn) are all older exhibits too - so they might looking at taking those out along with the ones mentioned. The direct quote from the president and CEO was "We are looking at replacing the tropical birdhouse and aquarium with a state-of-the-art, immersive exhibit that would anchor the west end of the zoo" which sounds to me like one large complex. No way to know for sure until a master plan is released, of course.
