Sorry, Hornbill, but I didn't want to see you disappointed- soyou'd better forget the Trumpeter Hornbill too. Maybe there'll be a very slim book on 'How to raise and train a Zebra Finch' instead?

And to you Mark. I took a couple of the Asian elephants/paddock at Whipsnade for you too but I must have wiped them off the camera by mistake. If you imagine a big bare football field with a pool, a few rocks and standing tree trunks, that's about it...

the 25th of deceber has roller across the tasman to australia too. merry christmas all and remember to recycle as much of your christmas cards, wrapping and wine bottles as you possibly can.
lets hope 2008 is a good year for the environment too. Australia has signed Kyoto, the japanese are leaving the humpbacks alone.....and GREAT SOUTHERN OCEANS OPENS AT TARONGA.
