Yorkshire Wildlife Park Missing Emu?

I work in the Doncaster area and on New Years Eve we received a report that there was an emu on the loose in the local area, which had escaped from the Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
We heard nothing else regarding this report, so wondered if any members knew anything about it. Was it a wind up or was there any truth in the report?

I know nothing about it. How did you hear about it are you a member of the police?

By the time such information reaches our dept, it's propably 3rd or 4th hand, but they usually come from Emergency Services controls. This has probably entered our comms network in good faith and I wondered whether there was an end result (recapture).
