Well, the bongo enclosure is pretty sizeable if you look on the map, it's about half the size of the oryx enclosure
I love okapis, but they're day active I believe
Is that building after the beavers the owl castle or freshwater aquarium?
Maybe you could try Hyenas, I know you already have aardwolves but hyenas don't take up much space and are nocturnal
Alright then, for the alpine region.
Top region is all based on the French and Swiss alps, lower region is just combined Europe.
You enter through the bear cave, with a viewing gallery above the water, but next to the waterfall. You continue for a great view into their sleeping cavern, and can choose to continue into a larger cave with another viewing pannel, or continue straight to the tunnel upwards to the Alpine heights. You come out into a small, rocky valley. The walls are similar to the snow leopard enclosure in Zoo Leipzig, in the ibex and chamois enclosure, however, the rocks slowly go to fully vertical to facing inwards slightly to avoid escapes.
The alpine marmots live together with the chamois, but also in a grassy, flowery walkthrough enclosure. They can safely travel back and forth through tunnels between the two enclosures.
You walk down into a cliff back down into the caves with viewing to the wolves.
Also in the Alpine caves is a tunnel with red ant terrariums and tubes connecting them. You move on to a medium sized terrarium for hedgehogs and hamsters, before going through the rest of the tunnel zig-zagging between Norway lemmings, different mice species, and Least weasels. Though you can also skip the hedgehogs and mice and move straight back out.

The house that borders the aviary is the freshwater aquarium, the strangely-shaped house on the other side of the path from the aviary is the owl castle

The ant and rodent caves aren't to scale with the rest, the real ant terrariums are similar to the ones they have at ecomare or in the HonderdDuizendDieren huis in Dierenpark Amersfoort. Neither of which I can find pictures, annoyingly enough

By the way, Dierenpark Amersfoort has a pretty similar idea of a nighthouse to what I was thinking, which I swear is completely accidental.

Would duikers maybe be a better alternative? I am not sure whether keeping large antilopes like bongo's only indoors is so healthy for them.

I really like this nighhouse and already thought that your nighthouse would have the same idea/vibe. Yours would ofcourse be bigger than the Dierenpark Amersfoort one.
It just a impsoobility buling such a big, and heates space for bongo antilops, which in a space like this can very easly be spooked.
about the euope part. You have to put the hares out of the aviary. They could realy not stand this close human interaction. They aswell can be very agrasive to other animals, and a in gneral noctornal. And do you keep all of these mouses together ? If yes, that woudn't work. And a good animal which would work perfectly in the woods area would be the scotish wild cat, and realy rare subspecies of the european wild cat. It could easly replace the bader/fox area. And the exhibit of the euopean fire ant woudn't work in the way you imagen. They have much smaler colonizes, compeared to for example leafcutter ants. And only lives for 2 years (which means you have to replace the colony more than every 2 years.

Just to make sure are the Alpine heights located on top of the Alpine caves?
As said before, the european region doesn't have to rely completely on endangered and rare animals. It's also fun to just see fun, calm, forest animals that children read about in their goodbye moon story books. Badgers and foxes are irreplacable in my opinion, though I'll definitely take the hares out then.
I don't know how to fix the ant problem though, I'm not sure if ecomare still has their Dutch and exhibit, but they could produce new queens from different alates.
Maybe I'll seperate the exhibits into two, two for black ants and two for red ants
