Yes those have also been mixed with pelicans and other aquatic birdsWould the saddle-billed stork also work?

Your bottom aviary has a very high density of aggressive and territorial species. I think the cranes are better placed in the larger aviary, they don't pose a problem with any of those birds except maybe the shoebill which are already a risk with those flamingoes.
I'm not sure how well they would do with the secretary birds, but in both Blijdorp and Antwerp crowned cranes have been kept with marabou and vultures. They even bred in the latter. Do note that for breeding you do want to be careful in mixing crane chicks and marabou storks, so a separation aviary behind the scenes is recommended when combining with marabou.Could the cranes also be placed in the vulture aviary?
How about sacred Ibis, grey parrots, and guinea fowl (although they could have a problem with kori bustard. For the large aviary, you could also include some turtles and congo tetra. Are there any other birds that can go in? Possibly some birds to go in with the smaller aviary

You could add glossy ibis, they are black as well but slightly less shiny and smaller then the hadada. Know that parrots are also generally highly destructive towards vegetation, so not the best species to put in large mixes with birds that need a lot of vegetation. The parrots would be able to fly between the two aviaries, sacred ibises are invasive in Europe and could only be in a bachelor group (Plus also being able to go between the two), and guineafowl are already in the tortoise exhibit in the river house. Turtles and tetra would probably be eaten by the shoebills and pelicans
Though I would like some different species of ibises besides the hadada

Aren't Egyptian geese also invasive in Europe?
You are correct, and also on the invasive species list so forbidden to breedAren't Egyptian geese also invasive in Europe?
Perfect, those are also much less troublesome than those aggressive Egyptian geese, so a lot easier to house in mixed aviaries.Appearently... yes. Give me a second to look up some duck-like alternatives
How about Spur-winged geese? Along with African yellow-billed ducks and White-faced whistling-ducks

Again a large terrestrial species in an aviary that seems already densely stocked with those, that's the exact reason why I recommended to remove the crowned cranes from there. Though I might be underestimating the size of-course. Ideal would be some surface-areas for that. For the small aviary, how are blue cranes aka Stanley cranes?

In that case, I’d say cranes in there would be too much as long as the shoebills are in there.Well, the larger aviary is roughly the size of the mangrove dome, and the smaller aviary is roughly the size of the bighorn sheep and bobcat enclosures + the back caves of the desert. I don't exactly know what the surface area would be then, but I hope that gives you a good idea

Seems like a bad idea to me, combining Shoebill with secretarybird.
