I would be concerned about the honeyeaters stressing out the koalas as well as contaminating their feed with feces. I also believe keeping two pairs of plovers together would be a bad idea due to territorial issues.

It would have to be pretty large, at least from my knowledge .
I have two questions exhibit wise, would it be possible to mix Potto, Bushbaby, Springhaas, and Straw Colored Fruit Bat, and can Vervet Monkeys and Patas Monkeys cohab?
Just larger than a quarter of a square mile should work well. Is this for a Hemeker Park redo your doing?
I don't suggest the first one, the bush baby and potto can be prone to stress and I imagine the bats would do that to them. The second one may be but I wouldn't suggest for territory issues.
Blue Eyed Black Lemur, Red Ruffed Lemur, Red Collared Lemur, and Ring Tailed Lemur are all held with Coquerels Sifaka at San Diego.

So for a Madagscar habitat I'm working on, could the following work:
- Coquerel's Sifaka/Blue-eyed Black Lemur
- Ring-tailed Lemur/Collared Lemur
- Red-ruffed Lemur/Crowned Lemur
So that amount is a minimum I would suggests going larger, I based it off of the general size of SDZSF and Omaha’s exhibits. I assumed it was for Hemeker Park because their species list just came out and they are one of the few zoos in North America with both species.
This should all be fine.
The exhibit I was thinking of is about an acre, so that'll be a good size for them. I asked because I was talking with one of my zoo friends about Buttonwood's masterplan, and saying that we hope when they replace the elephants with rhinos, that they are mixed with something, and urial came up as an option but we wanted to know if the exhibit is big enough.
That could fit, I would suggest you expand the exhibit because bigger is always better. Either way you would have to get rid of the large pool in the middle, with that gone it should be fine.

So, in a huge walkthrough aviary, would any kind of toucan work?
I'm fairly certain every bird apart from the Eagle owl, the Ostrich and the Cassowary are safe (for humans) to be in a walkthrough

Toco toucan is kept free-roaming in Pairi daiza, Aalborg zoo and Chimelong safari park
Green aricari is kept free-roaming in the Dallas world aquarium
Chestnut-mandibled toucan is kept free-roaming in Faunia Madrid
That's all I can find, but there's bound to be more. ZTL doesn't always list animals as free-roaming and the pictures on ZC don't tell us everything either. But I think with the biggest (Toco) and one of the smallest (Aricari) as free-roamers I think we can assume they're all free-roamer safe

Would an alligator be able to be kept with a turtle?
Alligators have been known to crack turtle shells
But a smaller alligator mixed with a larger turtle species would work
How about a mix of Madagascar pond-heron, Giant coua and Spider tortoise

Alligators are kept with snapping turtles. As far as moose go, they might be able to be kept with another ungulate species, but I am not sure.
