What about Sun Bear, Binturong and Lar Gibbon?
The mix of sun bears with binturongs has been done by Burgers' Zoo and seems possible.
The sun bears and binturongs aren't really mixed, as I don't think the animals can share the same space

Are their climbing structures entirely separate? It didn't seem to be during my visit last fall.

Southern Stingrays, Cownose Rays, and Yellow Stingrays are starters (although the last could potentially be eaten)What other sharks and/or rays would be ideal for a mixed-species exhibit with bonnetheads? I'm wanting the exhibit to be not overly large, so no huge sharks.
Also, do you think Red-rumped Agoutis, Gray-winged Trumpeters, and Curl-crested Aracaris could be held together?
I would plan to shift them into a separate exhibit next door to breed. This should be fine, but I don't think the Trumpeters could breed in this situation

I know there have also been dietary concerns with mixes such as this one in the past- particularly when the agoutis consume large amounts of monkey or bird diets that fall to the ground. Sometimes, the concerns in mixed-species exhibits are much more subtle than predation or interspecific aggression.Agouti are routinely implicated in injuries and deaths of tamarins, especially young tamarins. Generally recommended to not house agouti with them.
Some pheasants will hunt cranes. I’ve had it with Himalayan Monal and Demoiselles.
