No 1: Aracaris would predate eggs and young of Leiothrix, and probably the adults too

Would a mot mot be a better replacement for the Leiothrix? With a rainforest exhibit how about Schalows turaco, nicobar pigeon, bare throated bellbird, Saki Monkey and red footed tortoise?

More Ideas-
Blue Crowned Mot Mot, Red Crested Cardinal

-Bali Mynah Elegant crested Tinamou

-burrowing conure, chilean tinamou, elegant crested tinamou

-Chestnut Toucan, Schalows Turaco, Grey Necked Wood Rail, Bare Throated Bellbird

I'm not sure this negates the eggs and young birds being eaten, however this would likely prevent adults being eaten. I'll also say a mot-mot would make more sense than the leiothrix given that the mot-mot and aracari are from the same part of the world.

Gulls in general are typically viewed as a no-go due to their egg-eating tendencies, though this particular species may be different. Generally I’d conduct some form of research on what species eat before pumping them together

Okay and how about the rest? Looking to design a birdhouse as I will work at the Berlin Zoo next year and I heard they are updating their birdhouse. I wanted to design my own unique birdhouse based on zoos I visited as a child in USA and was going off memory of mixes I had seen as a child.

Snowy Owls just don’t inhabit woodland

Would an exhibit for Painted Dogs and adult giraffes work, provided the dogs have a seperate area to raise young/sleep? I doubt the dogs would go into the giraffe area but it's worth a try
