That combination is just risky as the spider monkeys might be too curious and the otters can be aggressiveWould Spider Monkeys and Giant Otters work?
The Spider Monkeys would have seperate space too
Not really, the kinkajous might get stressed and both can be aggressive/territorialWould a mixed exhibit with kinkajous and collared pekaris work?
Would Howler Monkeys work insteadThat combination is just risky as the spider monkeys might be too curious and the otters can be aggressive
I wouldn’t recommend mixing Giant otters with anything but that’s just my opinion (it’s very risky)Would Howler Monkeys work instead
laughing kookaburra + short-beaked echidna?
From what I've heard, anything larger than a mouse or small bird would work with kookaburras, having seen a pair kept with woylie in person.laughing kookaburra + short-beaked echidna?
That would be an interesting Gulf of Mexico enclosure but the sawfish can be aggressive and the devil rays are prone to stress. It would just have to be very large (you could add more fish too)Would sand tiger sharks, Atlantic devil rays, and smalltooth sawfish be a good mix?
The Houston Zoo has Yellow-Billed Storks with Grey-Crowned Cranes in the Africa savanna aviary in birds of the world exhibit. If maintained between a size-appropriate enclosure and appropriately-paired individuals. Could two or more species of crane and/or stork peacefully coexist in the same space?
Examples:
*White-Naped, Red-Crowned (Japanese), etc.
- Demoiselle Crane with other “Asian Cranes”*
- Yellow-Billed Stork with Grey-Crowned Crane
