Mixed species exhibit ideas

Both would work. The red river hog mix has worked before with guenons which is a close relatives of the Roloway. Grevy's zebras are tricky to mix so I would suggest Plains Zebra as harassment will be less likely

Plains zebra have no conservation value, but Hartmann’s Mountain zebra are recommended for mixed species exhibits by the AZA.

Out of curiosity, could I hold Hamilton's Pond Turtle with Indian Gharial?
If you have a large enough space and an all-female group of gharials, this mix can be done.

I say this because it is a mix that is already accomplished through ZooTampa’s gharial enclosure, which mixes the two together alongside Giant Asian Pond Turtles (Heosemys grandis).

I’ve known a breeding pair of another large hornbill species target and kill pheasants. It worked till it didn’t

And in Avifauna they have multiple Hornbill x Landfowl mixes that have worked and been fine for years.
- Wreathed x Amherst x Argus
- Wrinkled x Edward's
- Great Indian x Himalayan monal
- Palawan x Junglefowl
- Visayan x Junglefowl

"It works until it doesn't" is technically true for every mixed species enclosure and it's mostly dependent on individual animals' temperaments
