Is it known what species the Spider Monkeys and/or Woolly Monkeys are at Monkey World?

I have a faint recollection of reading that the woollys were hybrids somewhere. Although I have no clue about the spider monkeys.

Spider Monkeys, see from page 10 (post #191) through to the end of page 12.

Two are hybrids between geoffroyi and hybridus, and one may be a pure geoffroyi or just a good-looking hybrid.

Ah thank you. Surprised I missed that conversation as I had looked through that thread the other day!

So basically its safe to assume all are hybrids. I'm not sure which of the individuals I saw either so I think I'll just forget about them!

Any knowledge on the woolly monkeys. I think they're hybrids?

Yes they are. I did know at one time, I think they are brown and grey and they had a very elderly Colombian one but she died a few years ago now.

At least the offspring are hybrid (or at least some are), not knowing about the individual adults in detail I guess some could be not hybrids.
