Hi Sim

Just realised that a time element has been added to my photo gallery which only allows me to see photos posted in last year. I am assuming that the others have not been deleted (unless they are less than 100 views?) as one of mine is still visible on the stats page. How do I access the older pictures which have a high enough number of views not to be deleted?

Your photos are all there - I've just had to limit the number of photos returned by that search tool for performance reasons ... it was placing too much load on the server.

All photos reside in their respective galleries and can be viewed there.

Why do you need to access the older photos? If I understand what you are trying to do, perhaps I can modify the search tool to make it more useful.

PS. we stopped deleting photos automatically back at the beginning of this year. Space is no longer a problem on the server, although the costs of hosting the photos does now go up directly in proportion to the number of photos, so I still need to keep things under control.

I was just checking for comments on my photos. I usually do this by sorting my photos for most recent comments but now if someone comments on one of my older photos I cannot find it unless I check every photo individually?

Okay - that's fair enough.

I'll have a think about how I can achieve that while minimising the impact on the database server.
