Name a zoo which no other zoochatter visited!

Yes, once. Do you by any chance have a photo of the exterior of the building?
Sorry, no I didn't. There was a puma enclosure on the outside. Inside, there was a sleeping northern olingo; according to ZTL, Exmouth was one of only ZTL to have this species. The only other zoo where I've seen an olingo was at Kilverstone.

I’m curious as if I’m the only one on this website who has visited the now closed old Rabat Zoo. Maybe @Mehdi ?

Possibly the Lake District Coast Aquarium. While I don't know for absolutely certain whether or not other Zoochatters have been there, it looks as if I'm the only person who's ever uploaded photos from there to this site. Granted this aquarium is no Blue Planet, Sea Life or The Deep, it's a small place with not much to attract Zoonerds, but it's the closest animal collection to where I live and I've been visiting semi-regularly for years.

Myself and former Zoochatter, Zoogiraffe have visited this aquarium.

I have actually! As a child so I don't remember much of it barring vague memories (scimitar-horned oryx, hyena in a tiny cage and bison I think among others).

I have a feeling I am the only Zoochatter to have visited Wolf Hollow (also known as the North American Wolf Foundation) located in Ipswich, Massachusetts.

I have a feeling that I am the only member who has been to Davao Crocodile Park. It was atrocious. However, it has the largest Crocodile in the Philippines.

I might be the only zoochatter to visit Rohtak zoo. A small zoo in India with terrible contusions but despite that was apparently supposed to be an improvement over some other zoos in the area. I visited it when I was small so it might've changed. I also might be the only person to visit Nainital zoo which is pretty decent but not world class by any means.

The gallery would imply that no Zoochatter has ever visited Parimaribo zoo in Suriname, seeing that the whole of the Guyanas isn't included in the gallery (not empty folders, mind you. The folders don't exist!). My last visit has been quite a few years ago now so I don't currently have any photos, but I hope to change that somewhere next year!

Given that there is absolutely nothing in Media, my best shot at a zoo that only I have been to is the Victoria Bug Zoo. Its basically an insect house in the middle of downtown Victoria. They have constantly running guided tours through the place that you can just join and follow along with for as long as you like. They are really big on allowing visitors to hold their animals, whether it be tarantulas, millipedes or stick insects. A great little facility!

I have also been to Pacific Undersea Gardens, another place that has nothing in Media. It was basically an aquarium underwater in the city harbour whose tanks were basically sectioned off areas of the ocean floor. I have never been anywhere quite like it, but it was closed in 2013 due to age and the high cost of improvements that would be required to bring it up to code.

I might be the only Zoochatter to go to Hawk Creek Wildlife Center in East Aurora, NY, as I know I'm the only one to post in that gallery and it's seldom discussed on here. While there are photos in the gallery by two others in 2017, I'm probably one of very few to visit the VIA Aquarium in Schenectady, NY- another small facility that is seldom mentioned.

One of the most-traveled members on here lives near Vancouver, so I imagine he's been to anything that's existed in BC :) @snowleopard

I am noticing a lack of Pacific Undersea Gardens from that list

To my surprise, I actually do seem to have a "unique to me" facility

I went to Lion Country Safari in California when I was a kid. It is listed on this site, but there are no pictures. The park closed 40 years ago so I don't know if anyone currently on ZooChat has been there. I have also been to several nature centers with live animals in California that are not listed on this site, including:
  • Desert Tortoise Research Natural Area -- accessible via a dirt road in the Mojave desert and the only tortoises I saw were in cages displayed at the entrance
  • Placerita Canyon Nature Center -- animals included a desert tortoise, red-tailed hawk, raven, and turkey vulture
  • Eaton Canyon Nature Center -- various reptiles and amphibians
  • Channel Islands National Park Visitor Center in Ventura -- tide pool touch exhibit with sea stars and related marine life

I've been to the Pacific Undersea Gardens that once existed in Newport, Oregon, but I've never been to the version in Victoria's harbour. You've got me on that one...haha! It's kind of a shame that those two aquariums are now long gone.
