Nesting ideas

I have collection of geese ranging from Canada geese, red breasted geese, oland geese and barnacle geese. My oland is already laying in a shed provided.
Can anyone help with some nest ideas for my red breasted and barnacle? What best materials will they need, and what nest box will be good? Pictures will be appreciated also.

Most people on here don't work in zoos, but are instead enthusiasts who enjoy visiting lots of zoos. You may find a greater number of qualified answers asking in a different forum instead. That said, I know there are at least a few ZooChat members with bird (and specifically waterfowl) experience, so the following may be able to help you: @Aardwolf, @FBBird.

Put three bales of straw in a hollow square, put some straw in the midddle, a log or some bricks across to retain the straw. It’s getting very late for any nesting this year

Yeah, I'd agree with what FBBird said, you could also get some smallish-logs, think firewood size, to frame out a little box on the ground. Think of it as something that the goose could sit in the middle of and be able to look across the top of the log, but could also lie somewhat flat in the center and hide.
