Royal Ontario Museum New Bloodsucker exhibit through March 2020

Was just looking for more information about this exhibition, and found a YouTube video that was released around its opening time. The most interesting thing I noticed was that, as well as live exhibitions of the leeches, mosquitos and sea lampreys mentioned earlier, there is also footage of an exhibit containing live ticks - something I have personally never seen before.

These are the line animals I saw when I went

European Medicinal Leech - Hirudo verbana
North American Medicinal Leech - Macrobdella decora
Ornate Turtle Leech - Placobdella ornate

Wood Tick
Yellow Fever Mosquito - Aedes aegypti

Sea Lamprey Petromyzon marinus

There may have been another species of rock as well.
