....and they have arrived. They are a pair of females from Woburn

Seems a rather weird move, Woburn's females are both 17 now and are no spring chickens, maybe they were moved out so Woburn could acquire new Lynx/new species.
 
Would not mind if they go into Carpathian lynx and / or Scottish wild cats (if they do not have the latter yet ... forgive us for thinking so if they do do ...).

Why would Carpathian Lynx be too special for this,collection given some of the deer species that they have,they certainly have a very good reputation within the zoo community for how they keep those species.So if they did want to keep Carpathian lynx I don't think they would have to many problems,finding a collection that would be happy to send them some!
 
SDC Exotic Deer holdings.

If anyone knows the species and numbers(approximate or exact) of the non-British Deer species they hold here, please list for us.

Looks a neat place.

I hope in time they may diversify into some more mammalian species of the northern hemispheres.

Thankyou. For a deer-lover like myself this is certainly on the 'to do' list I think. Presumably some of the species have come from/ are interchangeable with Highland Wildlife Park (Bactrian, Whitelipped etc)
