Bouvier's red colobus monkey has been rediscovered after more than 25 years:
EN: After searching the swamps on the left bank of the Bokiba River for four days, changing camp twice, and just before running out of food, battery and courage we finally found a group of Bouviers red colobus monkeys on Monday at 15:15. What a beautiful monkey! The whole team is excited about the unique footage we got.Nalingi zamba ya Congo.
NL: Na vier dagen de moerassen van de linker oever van de Bokiba rivier af te speuren, na twee keer van kamp te wisselen, en net voor we zonder voedsel, batterijen en moed vielen, vonden we eindelijk een groep Bouvier's rode franjeapen op maandag om 15u15. Wat een prachtige aap! Het hele team is opgetogen over de unieke beelden die we konden maken. Nalingi zamba ya Congo.

Apparently he's staying in the Congo until the end of April, so photos should be expected sometime in May. Bit of a wait but should confirm the rediscovery so as to leave no doubt.Realy great news, hopefully the photos will be made public soon !
