New tree hyrax species from West Africa.

Elephants can add a cuddly new cousin to their family tree

Well possible that we have already photos of this new species in our Gallery. The Tree hyraxes kept ( and bred ) at Ostrava, Jihlava and Plzen ( all Czech Republic ) all have their orgin in Togo, which lays in the distribution area of the new species.
I myself was also already so lucky to take care from a few groups of wild-caught animals from Togo, so these could also be members of the new species :
