While looking at the Oregon Coast Aquarium online, I found an interesting place called the Newport Discovery Zoo. It's one of those indoor places where people get to pet animals and is of questionable quality. However, looking through their Facebook, it seems they have some strange animals. I scoured thought their entire Facebook photo gallery, here's some weird animals I observed.

Luzon cloud rats, coconut crabs, what appears to be a red fronted parrot, rhino vipers, a cobra of some sort, crocodiles of some sort, tons of reptiles I won't even try to identify, some type of fruit bat, six banded armadillos, vipers, tails whip scorpions, a tree shrew, what appears to be a mangrove snake, pied imperial pigeons, pink headed pigeons, black naked fruit doves, what might be a sailfin lizard, a Guinanan toucanet, an Amazonian giant centipede.

Has anyone been to the place? Can anyone identify or confirm these animals?

I've had my eye on this place because of the rats. They aren't a species that's easy to get ahold of, don't appear outside of AZA, and aren't really being bred in the US, so I have no idea where they came from. They seem to definitely have the species, though. My only guess would be they were confiscated, but if that's the case it's still surprising they went to this place over AZA. Most of those herps are present in the reptile trade and I've seen in non-AZA establishments.
