That's terrible news. I hope he recovers soon. :(
I hope so too.
The problem seems to be that a young elephant does not have a sufficiently strong immune system and the virus can only be cured in 1/3 of the cases. The zoo is working hard to help him, but they have to take blood samples (he needs to be sedated for that) and bring them to a lab in Rotterdam every day. Now, for fast transportation, they even use an airplane, which is very expensive. And they use blood plasma transfusions from other elephants with enough antibodies in them.
At least the rest of the herd doesn't seem to be affected.

Young elephant Minh-Tan has tested positive for elephant herpes (Endotheliotropic elephant herpesvirus), which can be very life threatening for an young elephant. (not sure if its the correct term)

Good news: The zoo has stated today that Minh-Tan has successfully recovered after a month of expensive and intensive treatment. They also had help from several people and elephants: An elephant expert from Pairi Daiza/Belgium, the Leibniz Institute in Berlin and Allwetterzoo Münster, from where they got blood plasma from already recovered elephants.

Can someone tell me if the raccoons and American minks in the zoo share their enclosure simultaneously or do they rotate?

Also, does anyone have photos of the giraffe house/ hyrax enclosures? I missed them during my visit and I'm curious as to what they look like.

During my visit in June, the raccoons and minks shared their enclosure simultaneously.

Interesting! That's what it looked like, but since I didn't see any minks I wasn't sure.
Really interesting and unique mix, I had never heard of those 2 species sharing an enclosure before.

It doesn't seem as if anyone has uploaded photos specifically of the Giraffe House, but I took these photos of the two hyrax exhibits during my visit in August 2019:
