Disney's male very likely came from Denver as he was the recommended breeding male for the females.
There are roughly 32 lion tailed macaques in the AZA. The majority are post reproductive and zoos are phasing them out in a significant way. The SSP is recommending imports from Europe and India (who is very eager to participate in the global breeding program) but even with imports the population will likely stay small due to a lack of interest.
Toronto did have a breeding troop. They are on phase out. There are currently 4 at the zoo. A post reproductive inbred female, her two youngest offspring, and an unrelated older female who has never bred. An additional male and female related to the oldest female live at Safari Niagara in their small troop. I'm not aware if that troop is breeding because the Toronto owned male is sterilized. He and his sister are super inbred. I believe no other Canadian zoos hold them.
The current placement of AZA animals is exactly as Kudu said it is. The Jackson male is slated to go to El Paso for companionship. Woodland Park is also exploring European imports.
