That seems like a huge Dhole pack! Is this a common size in Europe or unusual? Are larger packs better from a husbandry perspective, do they breed more successfully?
A few months ago a spectacled bear was born at Thoiry .

On May 11 a female Snow leopard was born at Thoiry .

2 new species can now been seen on the lemur-islands : Crowned and White-headed lemurs .

Thoiry is building a new complex for gorillas. The exhibit includes :
- a large house,
- two islands.
One of the islands will be crossed by a viewing tunnel (as the park has ever).
The new exhibit is located in the pedestrian area, in a woodland part. Two bachelor groups of gorillas are expected.
Opening this summer.

A female Cheetah named Kya arrived at the end of 2019 from Zoo du Basin d Arcachon but was born on a German Zoo.
Also, some ring-tailed lemurs have been born.

The first male gorilla, 8 years old Yeba, will arrive next wednesday, june 17th. He will be followed by Tambo (7 years old), Ayo (8 years) and Wazungu (18 years). We don't know which parks they are coming from but the countries are : Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark.

Opening is expected during summer.
Sorry if I missed an earlier post but do you know where the enclosure will be? Between the predators and the elephant drive-through area?

This is great for the development of the zoo because they are a bit light on primates. They have a few smaller primate species (along with a group of Tonkean macaques), but nothing larger from memory, so it is good that they are expanding. They also have the most marvellous lemur habitat I have ever seen. Next time I visit I will try to take photos of the different exhibits because some of them are really nice.
In my opinion it is quite an underrated zoo - I liked it better than La Palmyre and a few other supposedly better zoos. At a glance, it can have quite a mammal-heavy collection, but I was surprised to find a large ark-like building devoted to amphibians and inverts. Some nice aviaries scattered around the place as well, and a nice mix in the Australian aviary.

I can't really read the map but I assume that means the top left of the green walkthrough area? If so, that's where I wanted it to be, so great
I guess that is near the dholes and the big cats then.
