Zagreb Zoo has received Tentacled Snakes from the USA.
The snakes were captive-bred at Memphis, but came to Zagreb via an agreement with Los Angeles.

Excellent :D had things gone a little differently, I would have visited in March. Always the future, I suppose!

I don't suppose you have any good photographs of the various native Croatian snakes held at the collection? Currently these are entirely absent from the gallery.
 
Apart from the Eurasian beaver (Castor fiber) European wildcat (Felis silvestris silvestris) that recently arrived from Tierpark Neumünster, 6 female Patagonian mara (Dolichotis patagonum) arrived from Tierpark Hellabrunn.

Per request of @snowleopard I am posting here the species list of the famous "Croatian Snakes" exhibition. The names are cross checked with ZTL.

Four-lined ratsnake / Legless lizard
Montpellier snake
Nose-horned viper
Balcans meadow viper
Northern viper (Adder)
Smooth snake
Caspian whip snake
Dahls wipe snake
Aesculapian snake
Black whip snake
European cat snake
Dice snake
Leopard snake
European grass snake
Balkan whip snake (Balkan racer)

On the first floor of the building there are some amphibian aquariums & the Snow voles exhibit. On the second floor, besiedes the Croatian snakes terariums you can find one of the biggest highlights of the zoo, the Olm "Cave" exhibit.
 
Is someone here familiar with Zagreb Zoo? Are the balkan reptiles kept at outdoor exhibits or indoor? (Or in other words, do you need a warm, sunny day to have good chances to see them, or does the weather not matter as they are kept indoors). Are there any other informations that are good to know for a first visit?

They are kept indoor. You can visit on a cold day.
 
Be careful that old, but excellent tropical have two parts: main hall (two entrances: red arrows) and there is also the additional place with pygmy hippopotamus, birds and reptiles (blue arrow).
They have a nice self service restaurant which in inexpensive and serves much more than just hot dogs.
