I've wondered this for years, but just recently thought to ask on here because this seems like the place where I'd most likely find an answer. Animal Kingdom has a herd of greater kudu in the forest section of their safari ride, but they're all females. I've been quite a few times and always saw kudu, no horns insight. I've also watched several videos over the years of the safari ride (I just enjoy it that much) and never saw a male kudu in the vids. Does anyone know why Disney would possibly choose to have an all-female herd? Or maybe why any zoo would do this if there are others that may do something similar? Every other zoo I've visited with kudu had a male or a few with females.
