Think it might have something to do with keeping the Rhinos in the enclosure!!!!!!!!i wonder why that is?
My reasons for not liking the place have nothing to do with Religion,as somebody who is a non-practising member of the Church of England who went to a Roman Catholic School and was taught religious education by a member of the Jewish faith, and have friends that are Muslims and Sikhs,i think i`m fairly tolerant of other peoples beliefs, but even i`ve got to admit that i think DARWIN has a far bettter point to make than Creationism. The problems i have with the place is how they look after and house some of the animals and how some of them have been aquired and finaly the ability of some of the staff.
why has it won accession to BIAZA in the first place?
Re enclosure design and staff capabilities: can you elaborate more?
they say the the giraffe house is "state of the art"
If you want to see a state of the art Giraffe House go to Banham and have a look at the one they have just built far better than the 1 at Noahs.they say the the giraffe house is "state of the art" and if you look through the zoos itineary most animals they keep are quite common zoo animals, i expect the bengal tigers they get will be surplus ones.

I agree Marwells is also still a very good house, you could also include Blackpools new Giraffe House as been better than Noahs.Iwould also rate Marwell's the best Giraffe House in the Uk, and it was certainly 'state of the art' when it was first built.
Who are they trying to kid? If I built a rabbit hutch in five minutes I could call that 'state of the art' too....![]()
Didn't they mention keeping 6 females (3 Amur and 3 Bengal?)When are the tigers due to appear at the zoo? I presume they are just going to take cast off tigers? Probably from the west midlands? I think the 2 bengals from chester will go there?
