Hasn't been announced yet although I assume will be done so shortly once the females go on display at their new home.Does anyone know where Kadi & Neema (who were previously at Blank Park Zoo) went?

Interesting. idk where I heard that fact but ig I've been hadThat’s not true. The phenomenon you describe is common in tigresses and even more so in cheetah; but doesn’t apply to lionesses, who commonly rear single cub litters successfully.
Lionesses practice alloparenting, so a lioness who produces a single cub litter in the wild will still contribute to the raising of the offspring of her relatives alongside her own (suckling the cubs etc). This means it’s beneficial to the pride as a whole for lionesses to synchronise their births (irregardless of litter size) rather than individually pursue raising a larger litter.
