Yes, it is. Dvur Kralove plans to move them to Rooipoort Nature Reserve in Kimberley/South Africa.

For those able to undestand Czech language, this newspaper article summarises the development of this planning through last months. It contains also arguments of both sides = pro and contra of this moving. The decision will be done by Czech enviromental ministry in next months (CITES permit for export).
