Not sure what's going on here but a new post is out of order in a thread, and is showing up this way on both my computer and my phone and regardless of me refreshing the page.

Note the time stamps in this screenshot. I've seen something similar to this when I submit a post when not on the last page of the thread, but it corrects itself after a refresh - that isn't applicable here anyways on a one page thread.
