Not much delay was there, between arrival of the new male and conception in this instance- a matter of a couple of weeks?:) I wonder if Blackpool might replicate this now too...

On 12 July 2022, female Sumatrans Moni and Karolin will move from Wilhelma to Planckendael. Male Batak, who moved temporarily to Wilhelma in February, will move to Monde Sauvage. (Facebook)

According to information on Facebook, Kawan has already mated with Cherie and Jingga at Blackpool.

Vilmos from Bratislava also moved to Planckendael, on July 15th.
 
From reports on Facebook, male orangutan, Besar, at Zoo Bassin d'Arcachon has died as a result of the wild fires in that area.

@Gigit if Besar passed away due to a wild fire,did the fire spread too the Zoo? If so did any other Animals fall victim to the blaze.
 
Dudley: on 23 July 2022, 11 year old Sprout gave birth, father is Djimat. Her mother, Jazz, has taken over care of the baby as Sprout was said not to be interested in it.
 
Usti Nad Laben: Arrangements for female Bornean, Nuninka, to move to Kristiansand fell through and it is now planned for her to go to Beauval in the autumn.

The baby, a male, has been named Joe.
