In preparation for Nuninka's arrival, 'Janah' and her son 'Kayan' have been moved from Beauval to Zoo du Bassin D'Arachon to form a group with female 'Satu' who has been held alone since the death of male 'Besar' she previously lived with. There is a second orang-utan group at Bassin, a young pair named 'Jingga' and 'Dewi'.
 
Amneville: I've seen a post on Facebook saying that male Sumatran, Ludi, died at the end of September.
 
Can anyone help me fill in some missing info about two orangs?

I'm looking for...

- The names of the parents of Benji (Male. Born 6th November 1977 at Duisburg Zoo. Likely hand reared. Now at Dudley Zoo).

- The date of birth, location of birth, and the names of the parents of Djimat (Male. Approximately 34 years old. Moved from Aalborg Zoo to Dudley Zoo in October 2021).

Benji / Benjamin's parents are Max and Susi.

Djimat was born in Rotterdam on July 21, 1988. Parents Chiko and Petra.
