Here I have attempted to make a complete list of pangolins in public institutions worldwide. Only information 2014 or newer was used. Any information of populations, as well as missing holders and species (I expect I am missing some Asian collections) are welcome.

I did find a reference to "a zoo in Pakistan" keeping pangolins. Any info on which zoo or which species?

I dunno if you'd want to add a note onto it, but the Gladys Porter Zoo pangolins aren't on display. (at least the last time I checked)

Apart for Taipei and Singapore who are successful breeders, most Asian zoos which hold pangolins obtain them opportunistically from the wild and they don't necessarily remain at the zoo for long.

I figured that was probably the case.

Does anyone know if Carnivore and Pangolin Conservation Center in Vietnam is open to the public?

It's not on the regular Cuc Phuong experience, and required, at least for me, a slightly larger donation. But, they do have both Sunda and Chinese pangolin on permanent display, and when I visited more than 50 Sundas in prerelease quarantine.
Didn't know they had Chinese, too!

I always thought there were a few zoos with Indian Pangolin. Does anywhere keep Philippine Pangolin? I've always found it surprising when looking at @alexkant's Philippine zoo photos that no collections seem to have them.

Pangolins come and go in Indian zoos, same as southeast Asian zoos. There would certainly be pangolins in Philippine zoos, but I doubt they would be lasting long - same as in most southeast Asian zoos...

Nandankanan Zoo (Orissa, India) has a successful breeding program for Indian pangolins. I'm not sure if they're off display, though. I'll check.

Found this 2015 article about the Indian pangolin at Nandankanan Zoo which seems to have ( or had ) a special Pangolin Conservation Breeding Center. Would be nice if any ZooChatter has more recent updates about the Pangolins at Nandankanan :

The CZA animal inventories are released every two years. The last available one is 2019-2020 (the 2021-2022 one should be released sometime soon). There are no pangolins listed for any Indian zoo as of the closing date of this inventory, although a few zoos did have pangolins during the two-year period.
