That may be a fair point, but there is no need for your constant tone, politeness costs nothing!
I wonder why the zoo would make up something like that on signage? Seems like an odd statement. (Having not seen the otter exhibit or even photos I am in no position to judge the veracity of the claim, it just seems like a completely bizarre thing to make up).
