i've just had a letter from newquay zoo, informing me my adopted animal, geoff the fossa has just left for wroclaw zoo in poland. i have been given the chance to use up what remians of my aoption on another animal currently i am undecided wether to have one of geoffs parents, capuchin, diana monkey, owstons plam civet or a lynx.

however the kian point of my post is to find out what conditions are like in wroclaw zoo, (as well as a bit of news from newquay)

The Wroclaw Zoo is, allthough a little run-down in places, a fairly decent zoo which still has some of it's old splendour here and there. The most obvious place i could see it go would be the small mammal house, which doesn't boast the largest cages in the world. Hopefully it will get a place in the small primate pavillion which would be reasonably decent for a fossa.

But they are also creating some very decent new exhibits as well, so it's entirely possible it would get a very nice new enclosure somewhere around the park. Their newest exhibits were pretty decent, if you ask me...

But i seem to remember someone from Wroclaw on this forum, so i'd imagine he might know better...

I should adopt a Diana Monkey if I were you- maybe you can find out why they don't breed them anymore...

thank you both, youre posts really do mean alot to me, (plus this thread give me a chance to show off my cute little geoff ;) ) i might adopt a diana monkey i have now shortened it down to another fossa (mavis or harry are the names of geoffs parents) or the diana's.

again thank you to the both of you:)
