Phoenix Zoo Phoenix Zoo Animal Deaths

I am a regular visitor to the Phoenix Zoo. Over the years, there have been many zoo animals that have died from various causes (many of which are reported on their Facebook page), but loads of other animals seem to just disappear with no information whatsoever about their whereabouts or if they've died. For example, the Andean Bears. Last year there were two, and now zero but there is no information available on what happened to them. Is there any site that zoo members can go source to find out what's happening to the decreasing population of these zoo animals?
