Topaz might actually challenge DXO but it's not as user friendly in my opinion.
DXO is also great because it sharpens the image as well

That's a good point, I also use Adobe Lightroom so there was an option to export it to DXO from there so I didn't explore the program itself fully (only the export and noise processing elements).
