Species names please as well....
Coolio and Sweetie are northern elephant seals.
Are sea lions Nav and Piper living with both of them as they rotate or just Coolio?
As far as I remember, sea lions have a separate exhibit at the children’s zoo.
Those are different sea lions. Nav and Piper are Coolio’s much more active companions.
Nope they are living with both of them

According to the Zoo newsletter, elephant seal Sweetie has been named by the zoo Ellie Mae.
There is Twitter post from the Carnegie Science Center about a pangolin presentation by Mammal Curator Ken Kaemmerer. He said the zoo’s pangolins will be on exhibit in about two years.
Was Nav transferred back to Georgia?
Any idea if any of the KK Sea Lions are pregnant?
I have no idea it is breeding season but they haven’t been successful in a while with them. The zoo has had many births this year from lynx kittens to river otter pups and beaver kits and probably more than what is on the top of my head.
