OH GOD I NEED IT. But if it's like Planet Coaster, I won't be able to run it on my current laptop... Hopefully I'll have a better computer by the time this gets released!

I hear it's gonna have the same terrain tools as Planet Coaster, so customization there will be insane! I hope there will be lots of animal options too. Planet Coaster has lots of DLC so I'm sure Planet Zoo will have some as well. I'm sure the base game will include mostly popular animals but I'm hoping DLC will offer us obscure options. I hope we get lots of cool aquarium options! The website says that conservation elements will be incorporated into the game, so I'm looking forward to that.
 
The one thing I fear is that the devs might overlook non abc animals, aimals with low conservation value, or both combined such as shoebills, raccoons, and brush-tail possums and therefore not have them in the game.

Wouldn’t be any different from any other zoo game, to be fair

That's a legit concern, but seeing as Planet Coaster has DLC I'm hoping that Planet Zoo will have some DLC that will offer more variety. (I NEED TO BUILD A VAQUITA SANCTUARY. I CAN'T SAVE THEM IN REAL LIFE PLEASE LET ME AT LEAST DO IT IN A VIDEO GAME)

Speaking of DLC, Planet Coaster has some licensed DLC, including a Back to the Future One. There's no indication yet that Planet Zoo will do this, but it would be cool if they partnered up with real life zoos or conservation organizations to release DLC packs.
 
Very interesting looking game, seems the base of the game is on planet coaster. How do people rate this game?

I am skecpitcal about the in game screen shoots considering it is a while away from release.

Some of the games this company have made I do not like so weary to get too excited about this one. If it is just like Zoo Tycoon 2 but with better graphics and without the annoying bugs then this will be the game that final makes me stop playing Zoo Tycoon 2.
 
This game sounds amazing Unfortunately I'll have to buy a gaming computer/laptop to play it and with things like college and my first car coming up soon that ain't happening anytime soon. Maybe someday though..:(
 
This looks very promising. If I had any exprience in gaming, i'd buy it,

Question about the elephant exhibit seen in the trailer: would glass viewing the level seen in it really work in real life?

This game looks amazing. If the species that are going to be included are a lot and good, sorry zt2 but your time has come.
