Popularity of Turacos

To be honest I didn't even know what a turaco was until three years ago when I first saw a red-crested at one of my nearby zoos, but they are a nice type of bird and I'd love to see more of them. The only species I've seen are violet, red-crested and Fischer's, there is a zoo near me that keeps Schalow's, but they were a no-show last time I visited so I've yet to actually see them.
 
In Europe, red-crested turaco is the most popular species (along with the violet turaco), with 101 holders, 10 of which are new since 2020.
