Same problem may be in zoo, exhibit is "hidden" behind big playground in former elephant paddock (Bororo - but I am pretty sure, there will be some signs)
Go to see it about hour or less before closing the zoo, when there are not many people around. I see it regularly at that time, but they are quite shy, so be careful, they will retreat if you move too quickly.Visiting Prague again today, could anyone give me some tips on seeing the Kagu?

I think kagus in Pilsen are more bold, I saw them quite closely even during the day.

Wow, do you have pictures? No picture unfortunately, but I am certain I saw a wild European Wildcat next to the entrance of the zoo today in the bushy area. Textbook wildcat markings, black rings around tail, no collar or signs of domestication.
Unfortunately not, but I will do some research into wildcats in this areaWow, do you have pictures?
Perhaps they should / need to be removed ... be capture/recapture: for wild cats feral cats are a conservation issue.False alarm, just very wildcat-looking domestic cats![]()

Both species are kept and are on-show.Hello! Im looking at planning a trip here, could anyone confirm if honey badgers are still held here please? And are there Wallaroos?
Both species are kept and are on-show.
Honey badgers live in the Afrika Zblízka house in the upper part of the zoo, at the nothern zoo entrance, next to bat-eared foxes - you can see both their outside and inside living space. Eastern wallaroos are kept in a walk-though enclosure in the lower part of the zoo, within Darwin Crater area.
Thank you so much! Both species are kept and are on-show.
