Leopard and Goat Farm Private Collection in Cornwall

The owner of the collection posts occasionally on Instagram under Leopard And Goat Farm. But I don’t think the collection still exists as most of the animals it housed have now moved to other collections.
Hyenas went abroad and to Wolds.
Clouded Leopards went to Exmoor and Five Sisters.
Maned Wolves to Axe Valley.
Cheetahs to Five Sisters.

I don’t think the collection holds any of the species you were interested in, but others on here may know more.

Okay, thank you. I have been seeing pots from other zoos that the brown hyenas are at a cat centre in Germany.
Two spotted hyenas went to wolds wildlife park.
An aardwolf went to Helmsley Conservation centre.
Clouded leopards went to exmoor zoo.

What happened to the marbled cat and sun bears?

Okay. Thank you, does anyone knows what happened to the sun bears?

Below is the message that Brum referred to.

Todd is a good friend of mine and I was down there only recently. A public forum is not really the right place for discussions about a private collection unless the owner wishes to get involved, but i will say that, unfortunately, the Marbled Cats have died. One of them died of cancer.

The land where the collection was, was sold last year, and the owner now lives in America with his partner. A lot of the exhibits were dismantled and were moved to Exmoor, Axe Valley and another collection so they could use them for future exhibits.
Thank you. It’s good to know that all of that hardware was upcycled & repurposed elsewhere. I’m personally & unapologetically gutted that I was never able to do an outdoor dining & tour visit at the site. I wish everyone involved a happy & successful future & hope the L & G Farm legacy lives on through the animals that were sent on to breed.

This is such sad news, I do wonder what happened to the Birds of Paradise though, would they have gone overseas?

The collection didn’t have any birds-of-paradise by the time it closed - all had left the collection by the end of 2020/beginning of 2021. The surviving animals were as far as I’m aware all rehomed to collections on the mainland.

Chinese Giant Red & White Squirrels, Brown Hyena and Sun Bears did not stay in the UK, but the majority of smaller animals did.

Wolds Wildlife Park, Exmoor Zoo, Five Sisters, and Axe Valley Wildlife Park had a lot of the stock.

Yeah I’m aware, was referring specifically to the birds-of-paradise with my above quote :)

Collections that received all of the remaining animals since the beginning of last year include Exmoor, Axe Valley, Five Sisters, Wolds, Drusillas, Monkey World, Hemsley, Artenschutzzentrum, Wildkatzenzentrum Felidae, Berlin Tierpark, Landgoed Hoenderdaell, BestZOO, Al Bustan, Nashville and various private collections in the US, UK and Germany. Almost all places he’s worked with before, with the only exceptions being Wolds, Five Sisters and Monkey World (to be fair the former didn’t exist last time he was getting rid of animals).
