I'm still having major problems uploading photos more than 4 months after issues were reported on this thread. Duplicates from Woodland Park Zoo are now in the gallery, and often I'd get error messages during the tedious process.

I've deleted all yours (and kiang's). Are you uploading one at a time, or still trying to do it in lots?
I can upload up to 10 photos at once, but then they each only appear on ZooChat one at a time and I have to keep hitting upload and labeling them to make that happen. However, sometimes a group of 5 will surprisingly show up at once and save me the trouble.
well that's your trouble right there. At the moment you can only (or at least usually?) upload just one at a time. If you try to upload several at once, you will (as you have found out) need to keep reloading each next one. The photos aren't showing but they are still stored in the uploader. So in effect you are uploading every photo twice or more. That's why the repeated photos keep showing up (sometimes a couple of days later).
It is very annoying for everyone of course, but it is pretty much going to stay that way until Sim can get time to fix it I suppose.
I should have read this post before trying to post several photos at once. I have retitled the duplicates for removal.

I had the problem with uploading multiple photos today; there is one duplicate photo (titled Rhinoceros iguana).
Just tried to upload some pictures in the De Bosruiter Gallery ( the Netherlands ) and some pictures get dubble-posted and others don't get up-loaded at all ??!!
I was able to clean up these uploads a little - there are still some duplicates which I'll get the mods to take care of.

Thought it may be a problem only in this ( De Bosruiter ) Gallery and tried to upload other pictures in the Orchideeënhoeve, Kasteelpark Born ( both Netherlands ) and Tierpark Gettorf ( Germany ) but also here the same problems 
I have just failed miserably to post a photo in the Sewerby UK gallery - the text is there but is also where the photo should be.
Tried again tonight and got one to post under Exmoor UK, but not Sewerby or Newquay.
Upload photos one at a time. Most of the photo error uploads appear to stem from trying to upload several photos at once, rather than singly. It is a problem with the uploader, not your own personal computer or photo. Doing it singly usually works.
The blank spaces which have been the issue over the last few days actually do have invisible photos, but they need to be corrected manually by the photo admin persons (don't ask me for a more technical explanation

I have been trying to do one at a time. I have been doing that for several months since the problems started, but I have got only one photo to upload in the last couple of days.
As I have just posted on the Upload Error thread I have just looked at Sewerby UK and the photo is there - thank-you. I am afraid it is duplicated though due to my several attempts to upload it. Only the one with the text should be there (although another is an enlarged version). Sorry and thank-you again.
Thank-you for the Newquay one too. I have just tried to post another single Newquay UK photo though and I am afraid it has not appeared although the title has.

yep Sim found the thing which seemed to be the main cause of all the problems. Seems to all be running well so far!
