Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens Public Transport

Not that I can think of without a very expensive taxi ride or bus,in actual fact I wouldn`t like to guess at which Railway station would be the nearest to it.

I went in 2006 from Cheltenham Spa. The taxi fare was £40 each way. I won't be doing it again.

nearest station suggested by national rail is shipton but this is a rarely stopped at station, sometimes can be requested.

Lots of trains get into oxford, then there is usually a regular cheap bus service to carterton maybe via witney, from here taxi for the last 4 miles. Number of one man taxi firms in carterton get numbers off internet beforehand.

thanks alot for the info, but why tipton for dudley, since there is a bus that stops outside every 4-10mins at dudley port

Tipton station is closed at the moment while work is carried out on the new underpass. It is the nearest railway station for Dudley, but as you say Dudley Port is adequate.

If they ever extend the tram system along the disused line from Stourbridge to Walsall, it will be possible to arrive at Dudley Zoo by tram.
